Condiciones de venta:

El vendedor y el comprador reconocen que las Condiciones de Venta permanecerán en vigor , incluso en caso de firma posterior por medio de sistemas de telecomunicaciones, de posibles nuevas condiciones generales de venta, sin perjuicio de los términos siguientes.

Las fechas de envío no se consideran definitivas . El retraso en la ejecución de los pedidos no dará derecho a indemnización, cancelación ni reducción del contrato, a menos que se acuerde específicamente al realizar el pedido.

GRETO Ltd. declina toda responsabilidad por cualquier retraso en la entrega debido al medio de transporte o circunstancias ajenas a su control. A falta de instrucciones precisas, los envíos se realizarán por el medio que GRETO Ltd. considere más adecuado.

Las mercancías serán transportadas, en todo caso, por cuenta y riesgo exclusivo del comprador, incluso aunque se vendan o expidan a portes pagados.

Las reclamaciones relativas a la calidad deberán realizarse dentro de los ocho días a partir de la fecha de recepción de la mercancía y los motivos de dichas reclamaciones deberán ser el reconocimiento como válido por parte de GRETO Ltd. En cualquier caso, la responsabilidad de GRETO Ltd. se limitará únicamente al reemplazo de la mercancía defectuosa.
6. The buyer shall be compelled to verify the goods’ condition and weight before releasing them. In case of
shortages or damages, the buyer shall require the damage report from the carrier and he will have to write
his own reserves on the shipping documents.
7. When compared with the previous deliveries or samples, humidity, quality, and colors of fibers can be a
guarantee with certain approximations. GRETO Ltd. commits itself in keeping the following tolerance level on
any supply: a. thickness is warranted with a tolerance of +- 7% of the overage thickness of fibers, while
singles fiber is warranted with a tolerance of +-20%; b. humidity is warranted within 2%.
8. Payments shall be valid only if they made directly to the registered GRETO Ltd bank data. Any payment
made before the agreed expiry date shall not give the buyer any right to demand a discount or to withhold
parts of the payments. After the expiry of the payment terms, the buyer shall lose the right to the agreed
discount if any. Any delay in payment shall constitute non–fulfillment of the contract and entitle the seller to
discontinue supplies. In the case of delayed payment, interests shall be calculated at the rates applied by the
main banks, increased by 4%. GRETO Ltd shall, in any case, have the right to draw a bill for the invoiced
amount or outstanding credits.
9. The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment received by the seller.
10.The parties undertake to solve any disagreement which may arise during the cure of the contract in
accordance with usages and customs of the Chamber of Commerce in Riga, Latvia. The parties recognized
the Curt of Riga as a jurisdiction in all disputes arising from the contract, even if it has been registered
elsewhere.
9. La mercancía seguirá siendo propiedad del vendedor hasta que éste reciba el pago completo.
10. Las partes se obligan a resolver cualquier desacuerdo que pueda surgir durante la ejecución del contrato en
De conformidad con los usos y costumbres de la Cámara de Comercio de Riga, Letonia . Las partes reconocieron
El Tribunal de Riga como jurisdicción en todas las disputas derivadas del contrato, incluso si se ha registrado
en otra parte.
